Over seven months, delivered nine features that improved internationalization, reduced localization debt, and enhanced user experience for non-English locales. Leveraged JavaScript, Fluent, and front end development skills to migrate calendar, search, and folder pane components, standardize terminology, and introduce scalable localization patterns. The work included consolidating UI strings, removing legacy dependencies, and improving maintainability for future translations, resulting in a more consistent, accessible, and easily updatable multilingual interface across Thunderbird’s core features.
