During March 2026, contributed to the sst/opencode repository by implementing a GitLab integration feature that enables support for a 1M context window. This was achieved by introducing an anthropic-beta header to the aiGatewayHeaders, allowing the GitLab provider to handle larger context windows within CI workflows. The work included adding comprehensive test coverage to ensure the new header was correctly integrated into the provider configuration, supporting reliability and maintainability. The project involved full stack development and API integration using TypeScript, with a focus on test-driven development and collaborative code review practices to ensure robust and scalable implementation.
