Worked on stabilizing UI tests for the dzangolab/vue repository, focusing on the SidebarHeaderLayout component. Addressed a bug by updating the snapshot test to accurately reflect recent header changes and removed an unnecessary empty class attribute from the header element. This adjustment reduced test flakiness and improved the reliability of continuous integration pipelines, ultimately lowering the time spent on test triage. The work involved frontend development using Vue.js, with a strong emphasis on snapshot testing practices in JavaScript and TypeScript. The contribution enhanced test accuracy and maintainability, ensuring that automated testing better aligned with the evolving user interface.
