During June 2025, Kunda Agyei automated end-to-end demo environment deployments for the d-rec/drec-ui and d-rec/drec-origin repositories. He designed and implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines that build Docker images, push them to AWS ECR, and deploy to Kubernetes clusters, streamlining pre-production validation and stakeholder demonstrations. In drec-ui, he introduced dedicated demo configuration using TypeScript and YAML, updated environment flags for accurate staging semantics, and enhanced angular.json for easier demo setup. By standardizing configuration management and deployment workflows across both repositories, Kunda improved cross-team consistency and reduced manual setup, demonstrating depth in environment orchestration and modern DevOps practices.
