Delivered a targeted feature (maintainer roster update) with no functional code changes, enabling clearer ownership and smoother contributor onboarding. No major bugs fixed this month; maintenance work centered on accuracy and process improvements. All changes are traceable via Git history and set groundwork for scalable governance.

February 2025 focused on stability and compatibility improvements for ScoopInstaller/Main. The primary effort was reverting the Podman 5.3 workaround to address issue #6528, restoring compatibility with newer Podman versions (via commit bd2c3669e7c04472f4790dbd2d34218011f2a680). During Sep 2024, delivered cross-repo SSH KnownHosts improvements by migrating away from x/crypto/ssh/knownhosts to skeema/knownhosts in two containers repositories. This change fixes key mismatch issues and adds support for multiple host keys and algorithms, resulting in more reliable SSH handshakes and reduced connection flakiness in automation pipelines.
