Emphasized accuracy, maintainability, and cross-team alignment, ensuring documentation reflected evolving product policies and UI changes. Prioritized user guidance and onboarding, enabling faster triage, safer automation, and scalable support for engineering teams without introducing major bugs.
March 2026 focused on delivering business-value through substantial automation enhancements around GitHub issues and project-context grounding, plus a scalable org-level data migration capability. Key features delivered include (1) enhancements to the GitHub issues skill with sub-issues, issue types, projects, issue fields guidance, trigger phrase recognition, dependencies handling, and advanced search/GraphQL references; (2) the Copilot Spaces project-context loading skill to surface project-specific context within conversations; and (3) the Issue-fields-migration skill enabling bulk migration of fields (and labels) from GitHub Project V2 to org-level issue fields, with a structured 5-phase workflow and conflict handling. Targeted bug fixes and documentation updates were also completed to improve reliability, tool consistency, and guidance accuracy. The work strengthens issue categorization, project discovery, and cross-repo data consistency, driving faster triage, safer automation, and scalable support for teams.
