In October 2025, Lal Malani updated the Live Plugins documentation in the segmentio/segment-docs repository to support the transition from pilot to Public Beta. Focusing on content editing and technical writing, Lal removed outdated CLI references, clarified setup instructions, and introduced guidance for accessing features through the WYSIWYG UI. Using Markdown, Lal also corrected image tag references and improved the overall readability and structure of the documentation. These changes aimed to streamline onboarding and reduce support requests by aligning the documentation with the current user experience. The work demonstrated attention to detail and a clear understanding of user needs and documentation standards.
