During their recent work, Scritch developed two features across the home-assistant/brands and home-assistant/core repositories. In home-assistant/brands, they delivered new OpenEMS branding assets, adding icons and logos to improve visual consistency and user recognition for the Fenecon FEMS/OpenEMS integration. Later, in home-assistant/core, Scritch implemented a Unified Frequency Unit Conversion System using Python, introducing a FrequencyConverter class to standardize frequency data handling across multiple components. This solution enabled seamless conversion between millihertz, hertz, kilohertz, megahertz, and gigahertz, reducing conversion errors. Their contributions demonstrated full stack development and unit testing skills, with a focus on maintainability and integration depth.
