During November 2024, Lambdasound contributed to the Near-One/omni-bridge repository by delivering security-critical improvements and enhancing developer workflows. They overhauled token metadata handling, shifting from direct overrides to parsing metadata from token account information, which now supports both embedded and third-party sources and introduces robust error handling. Lambdasound also addressed security in token transfers by enforcing account mutability and ownership checks, strengthening the bridging process. To stabilize development, they improved build systems by enabling default Cargo features and implementing a fallback PROGRAM_ID in build scripts. Their work demonstrated depth in Rust, smart contracts, and Solana token standards, ensuring reliable deployments.
