Focused on aligning GovNotify template IDs across multiple configuration files, ensuring that the correct templates are triggered for both user actions and system events. This targeted configuration management effort, implemented using YAML, reduced the risk of misrouted notifications and improved the clarity of user communications. The work also contributed to better release hygiene and traceability by standardizing notification templates in the production environment. Demonstrated skills in DevOps and release engineering, with an emphasis on maintaining compliance and operational consistency through precise configuration updates.
