Worked on improving the stability and reliability of model management in the CherryHQ/cherry-studio repository, focusing on the Ollama model loading flow. Addressed a critical issue where the model list parser failed to handle nullable metadata in the families field, which previously caused loading failures and disrupted model discovery. The solution involved updating the TypeScript-based parser to accept null values, ensuring compatibility across both local and cloud-backed responses. Added targeted regression tests to cover these scenarios, preventing future regressions. This work enhanced the robustness of the front end and reduced downtime, with careful attention to schema compatibility and non-breaking changes.
