During December 2024, Lapsmores developed and delivered a Dockerized CI/CD workflow and deployment configuration for the kadena-community/kadena.js repository. Leveraging Shell scripting, YAML, Docker, and GitHub Actions, Lapsmores automated the build and release process by introducing image tagging for development, preview, and production environments, as well as short commit hashes for traceability. The work included updating Docker Compose files to reference GHCR-hosted images and standardizing container names for clarity. These changes improved deployment speed, reliability, and environment parity, focusing on automation and repeatability. No critical defects were reported, reflecting a focused and well-executed engineering effort.
