Worked on the SEED-platform/seed repository to deliver a new business-critical feature for the Data Summary Page, introducing a Total Square Footage Metric. This involved updating backend data structures and implementing aggregation logic in Django and Python to ensure accurate space calculations. The feature also required changes to the AngularJS-based frontend, enabling clear display of the new metric. Integration work included resolving pre-commit issues to maintain continuous integration health and code quality. The project focused on both backend and frontend development, resulting in a cohesive update that enhanced the platform’s reporting capabilities without introducing new bugs during the development period.
