Developed a JSON-based Domain Configuration Management system for the is-a-dev/register repository, focusing on consolidating domain ownership, CNAME mapping, owner contact information, and DNS records into a single configuration file. The work involved migrating away from the legacy lavlab-it.json approach, streamlining domain management by creating, updating, and ultimately deprecating the old configuration path. This backend development effort improved configuration management by reducing misconfigurations and supporting faster onboarding of new domains. By centralizing settings and enhancing auditability, the changes established a single source of truth for domain data, leveraging skills in JSON and configuration management throughout the migration process.
