Worked on enhancing reliability and determinism in Netlify’s build and CLI tools, focusing on error handling and dependency management. In the netlify/build repository, improved HTTP error reporting by updating error snapshots to use structured JSON payloads, ensuring clearer error visibility and more consistent test results. Also streamlined the build process by making manifest and metadata generation unconditional, removing feature flags to guarantee consistent outputs. In the netlify/cli repository, upgraded the blob library dependency to incorporate recent improvements and bug fixes. Utilized JavaScript, TypeScript, and JSON, applying skills in build systems, debugging, and testing to deliver more stable developer workflows.
