Leo contributed frontend enhancements to the opencollective/opencollective-frontend repository, focusing on improving naming consistency and feature labeling within the user interface. Working with React and TypeScript, Leo delivered two targeted features: renaming the OFF_PLATFORM_TRANSACTIONS capability to 'Bank account synchronization' for clearer product alignment, and refactoring component and query names such as SubscriberModal and SubscriberDetails to better reflect their roles. These changes streamlined the codebase, reduced confusion for both users and developers, and improved maintainability. While the work was limited in scope and did not involve bug fixes, it provided a foundation for easier onboarding and future UI updates.
