Developed and delivered the Contributor and Organization Transactions API for the cornellh4i/CHEM repository, focusing on enhancing financial data visibility and reporting capabilities. This work involved designing and implementing new RESTful endpoints using Express.js, Node.js, and Prisma to retrieve transaction amounts for both contributors and organizations. The endpoints were integrated into the organizations route, enabling accurate and efficient data retrieval for finance analytics. Additionally, a dedicated testing infrastructure was established to validate the new API and safeguard against regressions. The project emphasized robust API development, backend integration, and reliable testing practices, supporting improved financial oversight and business reporting.
