Worked on enhancing UI theme consistency in the bytechefhq/bytechef repository by updating the PropertySelect component’s placeholder color to utilize the --foreground CSS variable. This change ensured alignment with the application’s global design tokens, improving both visual coherence and accessibility across the front end. The implementation leveraged React and TypeScript, with a focus on maintainable front end development practices and the use of CSS variables for theming. The work was delivered as a single, well-scoped feature, facilitating straightforward quality assurance and potential rollbacks. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on design token adherence and component theming.
