In May 2025, Mali Noori developed the Azure Kubernetes Service API Server VNet Integration feature for the Azure/azure-cli repository. This work introduced new configuration parameters and validation logic, enabling AKS API servers to connect securely to virtual networks and improving network isolation for production workloads. Mali used Python to update decorators and expand test coverage, ensuring robust integration with AKS networking. The technical approach emphasized end-to-end validation to prevent misconfigurations and enhance reliability. By focusing on API integration, CLI development, and cloud computing, Mali delivered a well-structured feature that addressed customer needs for secure, configurable AKS deployments.
