Worked on the GoogleCloudPlatform/magic-modules repository to enhance API product name validation, focusing on supporting camelCase naming conventions for Apigee integrations. Updated regular expressions in Go to allow valid camelCase names and expanded YAML-based test coverage to ensure the new rules were robust and backward compatible. Addressed a validation bug that previously rejected correct names, thereby reducing friction for users and preventing invalid API product names from being deployed. Strengthened the continuous integration process by adding targeted tests, which improved feedback and reduced the risk of regressions in the Terraform module generation workflow. Emphasized API development, regex, and testing throughout.
