Developed the OpenClaw feature for the moltbot/moltbot repository, enabling direct Chrome DevTools Protocol access to local Chrome instances by bypassing managed proxies for loopback connections. This work focused on improving the reliability and efficiency of local development and debugging workflows for CDP-based tooling. The implementation involved updating proxy bypass logic, sanitizing WebSocket credentials, and documenting managed-browser loopback proxy behavior to support onboarding and secure usage. Leveraging Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, the developer enhanced the local development experience by reducing friction in CDP workflows and ensuring that security considerations were addressed throughout the feature’s design and deployment.
