Developed comprehensive end-to-end UI testing for the potiuk/airflow repository over a two-month period, focusing on critical user-facing pages. Leveraging Playwright and TypeScript, implemented automated tests for the DAG Runs and Task Instances pages, validating data display, pagination, and filtering to ensure correct behavior across scenarios. Integrated these tests into the continuous integration pipeline, enabling earlier detection of UI regressions and improving feedback loops for both QA and developers. The work emphasized robust test coverage rather than bug fixing, resulting in enhanced regression resilience and reliability for key Airflow UI workflows, particularly in release cycles and ongoing development.
