Worked on localization engineering for the chatwoot/chatwoot repository, focusing on enhancing the widget’s accessibility for Estonian-speaking users. Delivered an Estonian Localization Enhancement by adding missing translations across various widget components, ensuring full language coverage and a consistent user interface. Addressed issue #14119 by resolving gaps in Estonian translations, which improved onboarding and usability for Estonian customers while reducing support friction. Utilized front end development skills with a focus on i18n and localization, working primarily with JSON to manage translation data. Collaborated cross-functionally to integrate changes, strengthening the product’s readiness for a broader, multilingual user base.
