During July 2025, contributed to the aws/aws-eks-best-practices repository by resolving a critical bug affecting Feedback SIM ID routing. Addressed an issue where missing SIM IDs disrupted the ticket routing pipeline, leading to misrouted support tickets and processing delays. The solution involved updating the data flow logic to ensure Feedback SIM IDs are consistently captured and propagated, restoring accurate and timely ticket handling. This work required proficiency with AWS services, Git for version control, and Python for backend logic. The fix was documented with a clear commit reference, supporting traceability and facilitating efficient code review and future audits within the project.
