The change delays BGP startup until port initialization completes, preventing FRR configuration disappearance and route inconsistencies between the application and ASIC database. By ensuring BGP starts only after port infrastructure is ready, we improved startup reliability and routing stability, reducing risk of outages during boot and during ASIC/database synchronization.
