During June 2025, Lirus developed and delivered the Duck Command feature for the ihrz/ihrz Discord bot, enabling users to fetch random duck images from an external API and view them in a localized embed. The implementation focused on seamless API integration and Discord bot development using TypeScript and YAML, with particular attention to internationalization and localization for multilingual communities. Lirus updated the Italian localization file to ensure emoji consistency with the new feature, demonstrating attention to user experience. The work, tracked through two commits, addressed both feature delivery and UX polish, reflecting a focused and well-scoped engineering contribution for the month.
