Worked on stabilizing drift analysis workflows in the sandialabs/pyGSTi repository by addressing a critical issue in drift report generation. Focused on debugging and resolving a ValueError caused by incorrect Plotly y-axis title syntax, which had disrupted the report creation process. Used Python programming and data visualization skills to update the driftreport.py module, ensuring compatibility with Plotly’s expected syntax for axis titles. This fix restored the full drift report generation workflow, allowing tutorials and analytics demonstrations to proceed without interruption. The work improved reliability for users relying on end-to-end drift analyses, reflecting careful attention to detail and robust debugging practices.
