January 2025 performance summary for jocrejor/DWEC-SP4 and DWEC-SP5. Delivered an end-to-end Order Picking Shipping workflow with UI and data integration, advancing the core picking/shipping process from order creation to fulfillment. Implementations included new components for order picking, reception, and shipping, along with routing updates and UI enhancements such as modals and operator selection. The work also included refactoring for readability, clearer data modeling, and robust data fetching flows. Across SP4 and SP5, we established a more reliable, reusable shipping workflow with standardized API usage and Bootstrap styling, improving operator efficiency and order visibility.

November 2024 monthly summary for the DWEC-SP3 repository. Delivered a complete upgrade of the Order Reception workflow with an API-backed data layer, end-to-end functionality, and UI polish. Migrated from local storage to a server-backed model using json-server and fetch, enabling persistent data, easier maintenance, and scalable groundwork for analytics and future features. Implemented search in the orders list, refined data access patterns, and stabilized the front-end data flow across the codebase.
