During May 2025, LQW contributed to the atomeocean/job-compass repository by developing a Direct-Hire Company Directory feature focused on IQVIA Durham. Leveraging Markdown for documentation, LQW created comprehensive onboarding materials and introduced a reusable table component to display direct-hire company information within the Direct-Hire section. This work streamlined data access for recruiters and managers, supporting cross-team collaboration and scalable data presentation for future enhancements. The technical approach centered on clear documentation practices and component-based design, aligning with project requirements. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the feature delivered tangible business value by enhancing the product’s Direct-Hire capabilities.
