Developed the Peg Stability Module (PSM) pallet for the paritytech/polkadot-sdk repository, enabling 1:1 swaps between pUSD and approved external stablecoins with configurable mint and redeem fees as well as circuit breakers for risk management. The implementation introduced a three-tier debt ceiling model to prevent over-issuance during minting and added per-asset governance controls for assets and fees. Cross-pallet interfaces were created to coordinate issuance ceilings and reserved capacity across modules. The work, written in Rust and leveraging Substrate for blockchain and smart contract development, included migration readiness and comprehensive documentation to support post-genesis deployment and future asset onboarding workflows.
