Enhanced OHIF/Viewers by implementing onExit hook support and extensionManager propagation, enabling extensions to respond to workflow mode changes, and fixed a parameter propagation bug for reliable route initialization. Improved orientation marker consistency by recalculating orientation from viewport canvas coordinates, simplifying code and reducing edge cases. Utilized TypeScript, JavaScript, and React throughout development.
