During February 2026, Lsoksane contributed to the conda/conda repository by developing a feature that allows users to control Fish shell prompt redefinition during conda initialization. This work introduced an option to disable automatic changes to the fish_prompt function, addressing user concerns about unexpected prompt modifications.
