In February 2026, Letan contributed to the twentyhq/twenty repository by enhancing the Role Permissions Management user experience. Letan implemented a dropdown feature in the object permissions table, enabling administrators to edit and remove permissions directly from the UI. The solution integrated React hooks such as useResetObjectPermission and useUpsertObjectPermissionInDraftRole to ensure permission changes were both safe and auditable. Developed with JavaScript and TypeScript, this feature addressed issue #17408 and included a demo video for production readiness. Letan’s work focused on improving admin workflows for role-based access control, reinforcing security, and aligning with modern UI/UX design principles in front end development.
