Worked on enhancing the Contributing Guidelines for the suitenumerique/drive repository, focusing on improving governance and the contributor experience. The update expanded documentation to include non-technical contributions such as translations and design, clarified maintainers’ contact information, and outlined best practices for pull requests. A new policy for AI-assisted contributions was introduced, supporting compliance and transparency. The work, implemented in Markdown, emphasized community management and open source contribution skills. These changes streamlined onboarding for new contributors, clarified expectations, and improved review processes, ultimately fostering more efficient collaboration and higher quality contributions across both technical and non-technical areas of the project.
