Worked on the lockbook/lockbook repository to expand beta access, focusing on improving early feedback and feature validation before general release. Implemented a targeted change in Rust to the backend, modifying the is_beta function to include an additional user in the beta tester pool. This adjustment allowed for broader participation in beta testing, supporting more comprehensive validation of new features and enhancing release risk management. The work was delivered as a single, auditable commit, ensuring clear traceability and maintainability. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on backend development and controlled feature rollout using Rust.
