Over a two-month period, contributed to the 4ian/GDevelop repository by building extensible resource metadata capabilities and improving developer workflows. Developed configurable custom resource properties, allowing project-specific metadata fields to be defined in YAML and managed through the Resource Properties editor, with full support for string, boolean, and number types. This work involved backend and frontend development using JavaScript, React, and Flow, as well as YAML configuration. Additionally, addressed a macOS-specific issue by correcting shell quoting in Electron-based IDE scripts, preventing terminal hangs and ensuring reliable script execution for developers working in the macOS terminal environment.
