Lucas Marabá focused on enhancing localization for the KOReader User Guide in the koreader/koreaderhub.io.git repository, delivering Portuguese (Brazil) translations and updating translation coverage to 13.4 percent. He managed the end-to-end localization workflow, integrating Weblate to streamline translation updates directly into the codebase. Using PO files and leveraging skills in content management, localization, and translation, Lucas localized both UI elements and instructional content to improve accessibility for Portuguese-speaking users. While no bugs were addressed during this period, his work provided foundational support for PT-BR users and established a maintainable process for future translation and localization efforts.
