Luhao Zheng enhanced deployment automation for the subquery/documentation repository by delivering targeted CI/CD improvements focused on RAG deployments. He implemented independent redeploy capabilities for both the subquery-ai service and the RAG data pipeline, allowing for more flexible and reliable updates. Using YAML and GitHub Actions, Luhao introduced branch-trigger support to accelerate feature rollouts and enable safer, branch-specific testing. He also stabilized the deployment workflow by applying workflow fixes, type corrections, and automated safeguards, while optimizing test pipelines to reduce unnecessary steps. The work demonstrated a methodical approach to DevOps, emphasizing maintainability and deployment reliability over a one-month period.
