During November 2024, Lujl12 developed a comprehensive documentation and changelog management suite for the MinhNghiaVu/IT-Project-Parsons-Problem-Teams-2-4-6 repository. Focusing on project governance and traceability, Lujl12 created architecture diagrams, defined project goals and constraints, and authored user stories using Markdown. The work included updating README files to integrate changelog links and sprint-level entries, as well as improving changelog formatting for clarity. A Traceability Matrix PDF was introduced to map requirements to tests, enhancing quality assurance coverage. This effort demonstrated depth in documentation and project management, establishing repeatable practices for documentation and change tracking within the project.
