Worked on kubescape/helm-charts to enhance security and compatibility for Kubernetes deployments by improving AppArmor integration for the node-agent component. Focused on aligning AppArmor version checks with Kubernetes v30 thresholds, the work involved updating the node-agent’s security context and ensuring that policy enforcement matched the latest requirements. Leveraged skills in DevOps, Helm, and Kubernetes, with configuration changes implemented in YAML to reflect the new AppArmor standards. Updated test snapshots to validate these changes, supporting smoother upgrades and reducing the risk of policy violations. The work strengthened deployment security and ensured compatibility with evolving Kubernetes environments in production settings.
