Implemented a centralized animated Tooltip system, upgraded localization for zh-CN, and prepared the framework upgrade to .NET 10 to improve cross-language maintenance. Hardened mod/download paths, ensured datapacks directory exists before downloads, and improved directory opening via UseShellExecute. Added a new export option to scan and export unrecognized folders with per-folder controls and updated UI defaults. Completed maintenance work including removal of unused ModCrash.cs, log-noise reductions, language-change handling refactor, and LiteLoader JSON date parsing compatibility. These changes drive user productivity, reduce operational risk, and expand data export capabilities.
