Worked on the OpenSPG/KAG repository to enhance community engagement by implementing new support channels. Developed a feature that integrated Discord and WeChat access directly into the project’s documentation, using Markdown to update the README with a visible WeChat QR code and revised contact information. Focused on community management and documentation skills to streamline user onboarding and reduce support friction, ensuring that the QR code asset was properly formatted and displayed. No major bugs were addressed during this period, but minor documentation cleanup was performed to polish the user experience and improve the accessibility of support resources for new and existing users.
