Developed an enhancement for the live-image-tracking-tools/geff repository to store TrackMate ROI coordinates for spots as a variable-length property within the geff graph, improving the accuracy and utility of spot data for downstream analytics. This feature was implemented by extending the TrackMate converter to extract and persist ROI coordinates, supporting richer analytics and reporting based on region-of-interest data. The work involved XML parsing, data processing, and manipulation of graph data structures using Python, with a focus on robust unit testing. No major bug fixes were completed during this period, as efforts centered on feature delivery and integration stability.
