Worked on stabilizing API integration for the yetone/avante.nvim repository, focusing on backend development and Lua programming. Addressed a critical bug that disrupted the Vertex Claude API connection by correcting a typo in the endpoint URL, which restored automation and prevented workflow outages for downstream processes. The approach emphasized reliability, with thorough validation of end-to-end API calls to ensure uninterrupted service. All changes were carefully documented and referenced for future maintainability, contributing to the overall release hygiene. This work demonstrated attention to detail in API integration and backend maintenance, supporting the ongoing functionality of automated business processes within the project.
