November 2025 focused on delivering a cohesive onboarding experience by synchronizing Weave onboarding notebooks with the Quickstart examples. Updated the onboarding ipynbs in wandb/docs to reflect the same workflows as the Quickstart screens, with links from the Quickstart page as well as the Traces and Evals pages to ensure a consistent first-run experience for new projects. Collaboration with Matt Linville on co-authored changes (commit f76c58840becedb7a777a52b81b0bf0743d21238). No major bugs fixed this month; the primary business value comes from alignment of onboarding content and cross-linking that reduces friction and accelerates time-to-value for new users.
