Mohamed updated the REUSE configuration files and revised the CONTRIBUTING.md documentation in markdown to clarify procedures for reporting unacceptable behavior, aligning project governance with compliance standards. His work focused on CI/CD, compliance, and DevOps practices, resulting in improved onboarding processes and clearer contributor guidelines. No bugs were addressed, as the month’s efforts centered on feature delivery and policy alignment.
