Worked on the suitenumerique/meet repository to deliver a flexible favicon branding solution that eliminates the need for frontend image rebuilds. Leveraging Kubernetes and DevOps practices, introduced a reusable deployment pattern using ConfigMap and extraVolumes/extraVolumeMounts to overlay custom icons via a volume mount. This approach ensured the correct favicon is served from the first byte across all platforms, including iOS home screens and Android/PWA, preventing unwanted favicon flashes. Authored comprehensive documentation in Markdown and YAML to clearly outline the rebranding process, making it repeatable and reducing deployment friction for future branding updates within the project.
