M. Zhanbyrtaev developed the Mantle Theme Extension for the zed-industries/extensions repository, delivering both dark and light variants to enhance user interface customization. The work focused on front end and theme development, integrating the ngrok Mantle design system to ensure cohesive visuals and consistent user experience. Zhanbyrtaev utilized TOML for configuration and mapped Prism.js tokens to improve syntax highlighting in code blocks. The upgrade to version 0.2.0 reflected ongoing design-system updates and UI polish. This project demonstrated depth in design-system integration and cross-repository collaboration, addressing visual consistency and developer experience without introducing bug fixes during the development period.
