By removing redundant session logic and simplifying quotas, scheduling, and contributor metadata, the changes reduced complexity and improved auditability, providing a clearer path for ecosystem participants to implement, validate, and maintain protocol changes.

This reduces architectural complexity, improves reliability and auditability, and provides a clearer, faster path for ecosystem participants to implement and validate changes. Supporting quality improvements included terminology cleanup (session → epoch), reference de-versioning, and contributor metadata updates.
