Worked on enhancing storage reliability and deployment workflows across the scality/backbeat and scality/Zenko repositories. Delivered a normalization feature for replication endpoint configuration in backbeat, enabling automatic default port assignment based on transport protocol to reduce misconfiguration risks. Updated package and dependency versions to address compatibility and security issues, streamlining release processes. Expanded CTST coverage in Zenko by adding comprehensive API tests for access control and object attribute handling, and refined quota validation logic to accurately process Vault API responses. Utilized TypeScript, Node.js, and Cucumber to implement robust backend solutions focused on safer, scalable, and more maintainable cloud storage systems.
